Yes. Every module works on Free, and moderation, security, logging, tickets and the rest are never limited by Premium. Premium gives about twice the room on the modules that have a limit (custom commands, autoresponders, counters…) and a few small touches, like the layer editor of image cards, a name style for Petto and animated form pages.

No. Petto doesn’t log or store ordinary message content. The only message-related text it stores is what a feature explicitly needs to function: a custom command’s saved response, a sticky message’s content, a reminder you set yourself.
Yes, nothing about Petto assumes it’s the only bot in the server. If two bots both try to log the same event or respond to the same trigger, expect duplicates, not a conflict.
Yes. Plain text and embed commands need no code, see Custom Commands. For buttons, menus, forms, reactions, roles or coins, the Petto Code Generator builds the command with forms, lets you try it and gives you the command to paste in your server.
In the Petto Code Generator, turn on Only who used the command for the button or the reaction. In code, compare .Message.CommandUserID with .User.ID, see Who used the command.
Yes, with execCC in Petto Code: now or after up to 5 minutes, passing some data that the other command reads in .ExecData.

In Discord: with the wrong prefix nothing answers; a mention of Petto shows the right one.

Two ways: Petto Vault (!backup create) saves the structure of the server (roles, channels, permissions, emojis), and the dashboard’s Config Management page exports every module’s settings as JSON, see Config Export & Reset.

Config commands require Manage Server (or a more specific permission for some moderation commands). You can also choose who uses each command with levels and role restrictions, and let a role into the dashboard, or only into some parts, with Dashboard access.

In Discord: a member without Manage Server cannot change the configuration.

No, configuration doesn’t transfer automatically between bots. You’ll set Petto up fresh, the same as adding any new bot. Most modules take a few minutes to configure, see Your First Server Setup.
Yes, with Forms: members answer from a button in Discord or on the web, and the staff accepts or denies each answer, with roles and a DM.
