!report and the “Report Message” right-click context-menu action both send to the same destination channel.
Commands
config is staff-only, sets the destination channel and turns the whole system on or off.
Reporting a message directly
Right-click any message → Apps → Report Message, no need to type!report and describe which message you mean.
