Reminds the server to bump on Disboard.
!bump again once Disboard’s 2-hour cooldown ends, with an optional thank-you message right after a successful bump.

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
pingable | Whether the reminder message can actually ping @everyone. |
autolock | Locks the channel (denies Send Messages) between bumps. |
autoclean | Deletes non-bump chatter in the channel. |
{nextBump} variable is only available in the thank-you message, a relative time until the next bump is allowed.
