# Feedback Board

> Write ideas, feedback and bugs for Petto, vote on them and see what the team plans.

## Overview

The **feedback board** is at [petto.sbs/feedback](https://petto.sbs/feedback). Anyone can read it. To write, vote or comment you log in with your Discord account (Petto only asks for your name and avatar).

## What you can do

| You can | How |
| - | - |
| Write a post | **New post**: choose a type (**Idea**, **Feedback** or **Bug**), a title, the details and up to three topics (commands, moderation, logging, dashboard, website, quests, embeds, premium, other) |
| Vote | The like and dislike buttons of a post. Pressing the same one again takes your vote back |
| Comment | At the bottom of a post |
| Find posts | Search by title, filter by type, state or topic, and sort by top, newest or most discussed |
| Delete your post | At the bottom of your own post |

A post starts as **Open**. The team changes it to **Planned**, **In progress**, **Done** or **Declined**, and can leave a note that is shown on the post.

## In the Petto server

Every post is also published in the Petto server by a second bot, as a card with the title, the text, who wrote it, the topics, the state and the votes. The card has the like and dislike reactions already on it:

* A like or dislike reaction is **your vote**, the same one you would give on the website. One vote per person, so pressing the other reaction replaces the first one.
* The card is edited when the votes, the comments or the state change.

## Good posts

* One idea per post, with a short title.
* Say what you want, why, and an example. For a bug, what happened and what you expected.
* Look first for a post that already asks for the same thing and vote on it.

<Note>
The board is moderated. The team can delete posts that are spam or break the rules of the Petto server.
